Absolutely! Our Shloker is made from durable, high-standard materials and can hold both regular and carbonated drinks (you can even drink beer during your session, but you didn't hear that from us)

All our models are made from Lycra and neoprene. On the back of each shirt, you'll find durable neoprene that holds and stabilizes the hydration pack in the best possible way!

What types of sports is this suitable for?

How do you fill the hydration bladder?
Open the Velcro closure on the back of the shirt > Unscrew the cap counter-clockwise > Fill with any drink you desire and close tightly
Salt water doesn't go into the shaker?
Our locker has a non-return valve and a sealing ring that prevent water from entering the tank.
